HOW TO EDIT PHOTOS / DOCS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION OF VARIOUS PURPOSES
Nowadays Recruitment /Entrance exam forms are applied via an online process. Here I explained How To Edit Photos / Docs For Online Application Of Various Purposes.
Online Application needs a scanned photo in JPEG, PNG, or BMP & Documents in PDF format. So you are unable to complete the form submission process. Normally below-mentioned formats are demanded in online forms.

I. Steps for editing without photoshop
Step- I:-At first u take a snap of photos by Scanner or Smartphone. Snapped photos already have saved in your gallery in JPEG/PNG/BMP format.
Now there is a problem with the desired size (In kb). In absence of a scanner, you can download the Clearscanner application on your smartphone & you can scan your documents easily.
Step- II:-Now right hand click on your Photos/Docs and get the option of open with, select Microsoft Office Picture Manager. For example, I have taken picture of a rose flower. A snapshot of that page has shown below.
Step- III:- Click on the Edit pictures option. Now you get a variety of actions for editing such as –
a.) AutoCorrect (For correction of background in photo).
b – Brightness and Contrast (For increase or decrease light & contrast of photos).
C – Colour (You can change the color of photo).d – Crop (For cutting the extra part of the photo).e – Resize ( There is the various format of the photo as shown or customized it)
Step- IV:- First use the resize option, select a size & save it. Now check the size of the photo.
Step- V:- If the required size has not achieved, then use the crop option, select a size & save it. Now check the size of the Photo.
Step- VI:- For an advanced setting, you can use Brightness & Contrast option also & after editing save it.
Step- VII:- If required a change of color, then use the Colour option & after editing save it.
Step- VIII:- For automatic color enhancement use the AutoCorrect option & save it.
Step- VIII:- Normally PDF file comes in lower size. So there is no need for correction.
Note:- If the desired size is in cm such as 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm (W x H). Now for conversion in pixel format, you can write 138 pixels for 3.5 cm and 177 pixels for 4.5 cm.
And using the same ratio, you can convert any size by this ratio from pixel to cm or reverse without using Photoshop.
