For purchase of any items in Indian Railways, NSR (Non-Stock Requisition) has been framed for processing of purchase through IREPS or GeM ( Govt. e-Marketplace).
.
In this post I have explained, “How To Find ICF, RCF, MCF, RDSO Approved Vendors Of Railways”.
.
.
During NSR placing through IREPS websites ( Indian Railways E-Procurement System) , there is a need for the following items.
i) Technical Name of item

iii) Approved Drawing.
iv) Approved list of vendors by ICF, RCF, or RDSO, etc.
v) Correct PL Number of parts.
vi) Parts photo ( if available).
.
.
Now it is a big question, how to find the above information at a place. In this post, I have explained to get them at a place.
i) First step is to write this address https://ireps.gov.in in your browser such as Chrome, edge , Mozilla firefox etc.
.
.
.
ii) Now IREPS portal will be opened. Go to the left part of the portal, you get here “Approval of Vendors”. Click on this option. Further click on the “Vendor Directory” option, then you will get above shown application.
.
.
ii)a. Here, you have to login as a Guest user by entering your Mobile No. & its OTP. Then vender directory will be opened.
.
iii) Now this page will be opened. There are four categories to find any items. Categories are Item/Sun-item description, specification, Drawing & STR ( Standard Technical Requirements) of Railways Item.
.
.
iii)a. For example I have written Wiper arm in the item box & click proceed option.
.
.
.
iv) Now the following information has been shown here.
a) ICF Approved.
b) Item Name
c) Specification
d) Approved Drawing
e) Image of Part
f) Total Vendor Count
.
.
.
V) If the item is not available means not approved by any organization such as CLW,BLW,ICF, RCF,MCF, RDSO, CORE, etc.” No record found” this status will be visible on this page.
