PSU VS CENTRAL GOVT. SUCH AS NTPC VS RAILWAYS
The first thing is that after college, finding work is crucial. However, everyone starts to consider greater opportunities after being hired for the first job.
This post is for everyone who obtained their first job after the end of the 8th semester. He or she now wishes to shift jobs.
Last 14 years, I am working as a Mechanical Engineer in various organizations in India. I am also a blogger.
So I am sharing this post for you to know more about Public Sector Undertakings Companies & Central Government Companies Jobs.
The best job is Class –I Officer by IES (Indian Engineering Services), IFS (Indian Forest Services) or IAS (Indian Administrative Services) by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).
Besides these jobs, there are various other jobs in the Private sector, PSU & Central or State Govt. organizations. In the present post, I have compared PSU to Central Govt. jobs.
This will help you to make a logical decision before joining any Govt. sector Job. This comparison is valid only for Graduate engineers of any Engineering stream not for others.
Both NTPC ( National Thermal Power Corporation) and Railways ( Central Govt.) offer stable government jobs with their own advantages and disadvantages.
These Government jobs offer higher pay scales, career progression, and additional benefits, but Railway may also involve more transfers and irregular working hours.
PSU jobs like NTPC may provide a more stable work location and work-life balance.
It ultimately depends on individual preferences, job requirements, and career goals when comparing and choosing between NTPC and Railways or other PSU and Central Government jobs.
