Roasted Fish Recipe In Indian Style (Written In Hindi Also)

I use the Unisex recipe word because this item can be easily prepared by a male or female member of your family.

It does not require expertise in cooking. I have illustrated the making process through pictures, which is quite easy to do.

Just try this recipe with the care you can bring a smile to the face of your wife or mom.

This topic has been written under the guidance of my wife Shalini.

( यह डिश घर के किसी भी पुरुष या महिला सदस्य के द्वारा बनाया जा सकता है, इसलिए मैने यूनिसेक्स रेसिपी का नाम दिया है इसको बनाने के लिए कुकिंग में एक्सपर्ट होने की ज़रूरत नही है। मैने इस डिश के बनाने का पूरे तरीके का सचित्र वर्णन किया है । )


Ingredients ( मछली पकाने के लिए सामग्री )

Fish weight, not more than 400 grams, Green chili as per your taste, Mustard or any other edible Oil, Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon, other spices & Salt as per your taste.

( मछली 400 ग्राम,अपने स्वाद के अनुसार हरी मिर्च,सरसों या किसी भी अन्य खाद्य तेल,,हल्दी पाउडर आधा चम्मच,जीरा ,धनिया पाउडर और नमक स्वादानुसार )


Preparation Process ( तैयारी की प्रक्रिया )

1. Make a paste of all spices & rub this paste on every part of washed fish.

( मछली धोकर और गहरे पैन में डाल दें । पीसा हुआ मसाला को मछली के उपर लगा दें । )

2. Next, you take a deep pan with some amount of edible oil & put it on the gas stove on the highest flame condition.It is better to cook the head of fish first.

एक गहरा करही लेकर मछली का सर ताल लें।

3. For roasting the fish, you take another flat pan with some amount of edible oil & put it on the gas stove on the highest flame condition. put the fish body in this pan & Now decrease the gas stove flame wait for 15 minutes & reverse the part of the fish.

अब एक और करही लेकर उसमे मछली का बॉडी रोस्ट कर लें ।

4. Now both sides of the fish will be roasted well.Now both part (Body & Head) of fish is ready to eat. Now serve it with coriander leaves with a combination of chopped onion & tomato.

उसके बाद मछली रोस्ट हो गयी है और अब सर्व करें।
